A magic weapon for Dungeons and Dragons that proves that the pen is indeed mightier than the sword.
Wand, rare (requires attunement)
"Once wielded by the intrepid journalist Jay, Inkstrike serves as a reminder that the pen can indeed be mightier than the sword. Using the quill's arcane power, he uncovered hidden truths and delivered truly hard-hitting journalism." - The Lore of the Inkweaver
- The wielder can use an action to shoot a magical ink projectile with a range of 30 feet.
- The base damage of the projectile is (INT)d4! (exploding dice 1).
- On each use, roll a d20. If the wielder rolls a 1, the ink from the quill gets in their eyes, and they become blinded for one minute.
This means that if you roll the highest value of a dice, the dice "explodes" and you roll again. For example, if I roll a d6 and get a 6, I can roll again and sum the values. This continues ad infinitum. ↩
